About Us
The Foster Foundation
The Foster Foundation was created in the early 1920s as a result of the bequest of Bradley Waters Foster, an early and generous supporter of the city of Huntington. Mr. Foster desired to build and maintain a home for elderly women in memory of his own beloved wife. Thus, the gracious building at 700 Madison Avenue was conceived and built. The mission and decades-long tradition of caring for seniors that Mr. Foster had desired are still evident at Madison Park today.

Nursing Care
Our comprehensive care includes 24 hour medical services by our licensed nursing staff. Madison Park's long term care program incorporates the elements of residential care and adds ongoing assistance with walking, eating, dressing and other life care needs.
Madison Park's nursing staff and physician services will be available 24 hours-a-day to provide medical attention as needed.
Residential Care
Designed for people who do not need constant medical care but benefit from living in a supervised, protective environment. We encourage individuals to continue an independent lifestyle. We will help residents to get the most out of every day.
Skilled Care
Madison Park's skilled care is designed for short term rehabilitation and a return to home or a greater level of self reliance. It will include 24 hour care under the supervision of registered nurses. Incorporating a continuum of nursing and rehabilitation services, our program will produce optimal patient recovery in the shortest amount of time. We will treat our residents as welcomed guests and provide an atmosphere of maximum comfort and relaxation.
